Membership Details (***Please Note Membership is 1st of July - 30th June)
There are two types of memberships available at the Maffra Community Sports Club
Gold Card Membership $5 which Allows you to
- Accumulate points for every dollar spent in the Venue on Food & Beverage
- Eligibility for Seasonal ClubMix Major Promotions
- Not required to sign in each visit
- Ability to purchase take away beverages for consumption off premise
Platinum Card Membership $25 which Allows you to
- Members discounts on Food & Beverage
- Members Discounts on Beverage for All Happy Hours, Monday -Thursday 5.00pm-6.00pm Saturday 12Noon - 3pm
- Accumulate points for every dollar spent in the Venue on Food & Beverage
- Eligibility for Weekly Members Draws like Jag The Joker, Drinker of the week & Our Wednesday Night Platinum Members Draws @ 6.15 & 8.15 as well as our Seasonal ClubMix Major Promotions
- Not required to sign in each visit
- Ability to purchase take away beverages for consumption off premise
- Voting Rights at the Annual General Meeting

How many Tiers are there under each Type of membership
- Diamond 10,000
- Sapphire 2,500
- Ruby 500
- Opal Entry Level
The more points you earn when using your card to purchase good & services, The higher the tier you can achieve and the greater the benefits available to you. Rewards are offered to members based on their tier. The tier is determined based on the points earnt in a 12month rolling period.
How Do I Earn Points?
You earn points when you use your membership card making MOST purchases at the club. Some purchases do not earn points such as TAB & Keno. Please check with our friendly staff for a list of purchases which attract points & the Number of points they attract.
- Earn Points in Food, For $1 spend you receive 1 Point
- Earn Points in Beverage, For $1 spend you receive 1 Point
How do I use my points?
You can use them to pay for Food, Beverages and selected other goods within the club.
Can I receive a monthly Bonus?
Depending on your tier you will also receive a Bonus point multiplier on the points that you have earned when using your members card in that month. Monthly Loyalty bonus points are allocated automatically at 8am on the first day of the following month. See below the Bonus point multiplier percentage rates.
- Diamond 50%
- Sapphire 20%

What other additional points can I earn?
Depending on your tier you will also receive visitation points when you swipe your card at either of the entrance terminals. Points are allocated on the first swipe per person per day.
- Diamond 100points
- Sapphire 50points
- Ruby 20points
- Opal Entry 10points
Birthday Bonus Points
Depending on your tier you will also receive a birthday bonus when you swipe your card at either of the entrance terminals during the month of your birthday. points are allocated on the first swipe during the month of the Members Birthday
- Diamond 5000
- Sapphire 2000
- Ruby 1000
- Opal Entry 0
All bonus points are considered a gift and are not included in the points earned tally and are NOT counted in determining members rewards level.
Do I get discounts?
As a financial Platinum member you continue to get members prices and when any member uses points to purchase food or beverages you may receive an additional discount off your allocated members price (Diamond Tiered Members Only). Diamond Tired Members when using there points on there members card will receive a further 50% off when paying by points ONLY.
What are my points worth?
100 points is equivalent to $1
How can I check my tier and or points balance?
You can check what tier you are in and or your points balance at any point of sale terminal or at either of the kiosks located at both the main entrances. When in doubt please ask our Friendly Staff.
How do I move up a tier or go down a tier?
By the 15th of each month your points up until the end of the previous month will be reviewed. if you have earned the required amount of points in the proceeding 12 month period you will be moved up a tier and if your points are below the required amount this will reviewed and adjusted at the same time.
Do points expire each year?
Yes they do, All points not used by the end of the financial year (June 30) will expire immediately after this date. Points wont be re-embussed if points haven't been used. ** Please note Diamond Tiered Members points do not expire unless a breach of the rules occur or drop below the diamond level. All points are non transferable.
You are able to OPT Out of the ClubMIX rewards program by either ticking the box on your annual membership renewal form or by writing to the General Manager, Eugene Downing.
